  • WEEK 1 / MAJOR COMPONENTS

    Week One is learning the major influences effecting our thought, feelings and behaviors. Learn to read the external components impacting us.

  • Week 2 / Personal Emotional Intelligence

    On Week Two we shift our focus to ourselves and how well we are handling these planetary shifts by looking at our own emotional patterning and triggers.

  • Week 3 / Adaptive Abilities

    We look at the adaptive evolutionary abilities each of us have inside and how those are presenting. Are they integrated and coherent? Learn to bring these abilities to the forefront of daily life and action.

Course structure
